PLANS AND BUILDING APPROVALS
    • Homeowners warranty.

SITE PREPARATION
    • Standard site preparation and levelling including, rental of machine for cut and construction of concrete slab on ground.
    • Service Connection – Power, Phone, Water, Sewer, Gas & Stormwater.

PLUMBING AND DRAINAGE
    • All plumbing and drainage as per the plan.
    • All taps and showers to satisfy the energy star rating to be selected from the builder’s nominated premium Range.
